Terms of Use

Updated October 11, 2026. These terms cover Decade 2 Publishing (d2p), a division of Continent 5 Media Group, Inc. (C5M), and its KleverBook® participation features.

Accounts and participation

Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the service lawfully. Author signup is available from age 13. Authors under 18 require verified guardian approval before publishing or receiving payouts. Entering a birth date or checking a box does not replace that approval. Online author signup for children under 13 is unavailable.

Your books and publishing agreement

You retain ownership of your work. Only upload material you own or are authorized to publish. Publication, distribution permissions, commissions, royalties, removal, and payout conditions are governed by the separate d2p Author-Publisher Agreement and any accepted program schedule. Account creation alone does not accept an author agreement or activate KleverBook® enrollment. Review and accept the approved agreement electronically when prompted; a draft is not an active contract.

Purchases and reading

Prices, delivery format, and applicable access periods are shown for the individual book. Digital download and print purchases are separate products. Payment and delivery depend on verified payment confirmation. Contact support about failed delivery, duplicate charges, or refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. External retailers and linked websites have their own terms.

KleverBook® offers reading supported by advertising. Ad placement follows the reviewed reading copy and its whole-book schedule. Do not bypass required ad completion or misuse the reader. Book availability, access periods, and advertising inventory may vary. Participation does not guarantee sales, readership, or income.

Privacy and acceptable use

We use session cookies and process account, publishing, payment, and reading information as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload infringing or unlawful content, impersonate others, expose private information, attack the service, or manipulate payments or ad activity. We may restrict access to address misuse or security problems.

Support, rights complaints, and changes

Contact info@c5m.world with the relevant book or order details. For copyright concerns, identify the work, the disputed material and its location, and your contact details so we can review the report. These terms do not represent a named attorney as a registered copyright agent.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes to an accepted publishing agreement require the applicable notice and consent process. These general terms do not override an accepted author agreement, statutory rights, or applicable law. No service can guarantee uninterrupted access; report faults so we can investigate.
